Shoddy service

Had cut colour and repair. All were incorrectly done. Couldnt complain immediately due to ill health.On complaining and asking for things to be fixed, I was verbally abused and accused tantamount to calling me a ****. Customer not treated with care and not listened to carefully before service provider defensive and attacked my credibility without cause. Unpleasant and not expected when service provider was at fault.
