Possible ****

I ordered 2 wigs from Hairmaster Salon via their whastapp number on the 29th August and made the payment on the same day. They promised to courier my wigs in 7 working day but to date I haven't received anything. When I follow up with them I hardly get a response from them, when they do decide to respond they say "we are sending your wigs dear". I have followed up via whatsapp and Instagram but I'm not getting any joy from them. I've asked for a refund but they just ignore me. This "salon" is a ****, the fact that they don't have a number that you can call is proof that they intend to **** people. This is the number they've registered in their Instagram page, ***.
