Hair master salon is a ****, I bought two wigs on the 19 May 2022, till today I haven't received my wigs, but they have my money. I have been enquiring with them since and they respond late after weeks, the first time I was told that I should have received my wigs and that they will check with their admin, the second time was told that they would check with admin and their currier and the last time which was on the 05 July 2022, was told that my wigs are not yet ready because of loadshedding, but I don't understand what does loadshedding have to do with making wigs, and it has been over two months now and I've been told that my wigs are not ready and I have paid for those wigs plus the delivery fee and I have requested a refund, but they are not responding. I have been ordering wigs online with Divine Vigin hair, Exclusive hair and bob cut and have never experience any issues.
