RED ALERT... HAIRMARK ARE ******** BEWARE

This is the worse company by far... I was referred to them by someone.

I placed the order online, immediately received an email requesting payment or the good will not be delivered. I made payment and they went quiet. Their website says that delivery is within 7 days. I have been waiting up until today for either the goods or a full refund.

the order was placed on the 11th March 2019. The payment was made on 13 March 2019 via EFT. I have been sending email, phone calls, Whatsapp messages, voicemail, voice notes and still nothing. So I to matters into my own hands and reported them to the ombudsman. I even contacted the person who referred me to them as a last resort. He then gave me some lame of an excuse which I'm not interested in as I have had no communication from any of the channels mentioned above. THESE PEOPLE ARE ********... PLEASE, BEWARE...and still am waiting on my refund.
