I'd like to give half a star if it were possible... Please do not buy from this organisation. The ordering process went well however they were out of stock of the product I ordered (inner thigh cream) which I paid R650 for including delivery cost. They then asked for my banking details in order to provide me with a refund as they were struggling with shipment from their supplier. I provided my banking details on the 15th Jan 2021 and to date (10 Feb 2021) have not received product or refund. They are no longer responding to emails and the contact number provided on the website is constantly on voicemail - they have literally disappeared. Truly disappointed by this service and shady behaviour. Beware fellow consumers
