Prisca owner rude and hostile

<p>Ive been going to Prisca's hair salon for the longest time i can remember. The salon first started in Alex and she opened another branch in Sandton. The lady that was doing my nails did a fantastic job and when she moved to Sandton i used another nail technician who made a complete mess of my nails, all the faces in Alex were new as Prisca ( the owner) took all the great staff and moved them to Sandton. The salon was dirty and the technicians were not as quick and fast as the technicians that were moved to Sandton. So i stopped doing my nails for a year. I was traumatised with the bad experience i had, not only that my nails were a complete disaster. I couldnt afford Sandton prices were the good technician was so i was left with no other option but to take a break.</p> <p> </p> <p>A year later i decide to go to Sandton after a long break to do my nails. My nails were always perfect, the technician was very good with her job and for a year i had no problems. beginning of this year she was on leave. I ws very scared to let anybody else touch my nails due to my horrible experience, i decided to request the owner of the salon Prisca herself to please do my nails. She did my nails and i was happy, however the nails chipped less than a week. Ive never had this problem with nails but whenever someone else touches my nails from that salon i have problems. she ignored my calls and messages for a while, i was requesting her to please fix my nails as they chipped in less than a week. i finally managed to get ahold of her and she was very rude and hostile to me, yes words were exchanged. It was just very disappointing to realise that after more than 3years of of doing my nails at that salon, she wasnt interested in retaining me as a customer, she wasnt interested in fixing the mess on my nails. My nails are back in order however im very disappointed with how Prisca dealt with this situation, rude,hostile and very sacrcastic.</p>
