Hairline Rebirth : Concern Regarding Unresolved Order and Communication

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience I’ve had with Hairline Rebirth—an experience that has left me feeling ignored, undervalued, and, most of all, disrespected as a loyal and intentional customer.

I chose to support your business after reading a compelling article on a National Newspaper highlighting your story and your vision. As a young Black woman making your mark in the industry, your journey inspired me. I believed in your brand and saw the potential not just to be a customer, but to help advocate for your growth—possibly even through distribution opportunities and word-of-mouth support.

Sadly, that trust has been severely shaken.

A clear mistake was made on your side regarding my order, and despite numerous follow-ups via email and other channels, I’ve received no response, no acknowledgment, and no resolution. The issue in itself could have been resolved easily, but the ongoing silence—while I see the business page active, posting content and engaging publicly—adds an extra layer of disrespect and disregard.

Everyone makes mistakes. But what defines any brand or individual is how those mistakes are handled. What I expected was accountability, even just a courteous response. Instead, I’ve been met with indifference.

I want to be very clear: I have no interest in damaging the reputation of partners (including Takealot, Amazon, Payflex, among others) you are associated with as I directly ordered on your own site . That said, professionalism is a two-way street, and every ignored customer is a missed opportunity for growth, especially in a business that trades on trust, integrity, and community support.

I am still open to resolving this matter privately and respectfully. I believe in peaceful resolution, honesty, and holding businesses to the same values they present to the public. However, continued silence will unfortunately speak louder than any words.

I hope you take this message seriously—not just for me, but for the long-term success and integrity of Hairline Rebirth.
