disappointing service

I came to your hair salon on the 29th of September 2023 for my daughter to get her hair done. The lady at reception by the name of Pinky told me that all her ladies were busy , I should put my details down and she will contact. I went home hoping that she will call me.

An hour later, I go back to the salon as she still hasn’t called me. She was so surprised to see me back at the store because she obviously knew that she was taking me for a ride.

So asked her to explain why she didn’t call me as promised and why is the lady that was supposed to plait my daughter nw busy with someone else?

She says she had forgotten about the appointment that the lady made for 5pm. She even has the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow..

I refused to return the following day and as I sat there waiting, nobody has a den of emergency. Everyone is doing as they please. They having the time of their lives.

I asked for your contact number and she refused saying that you don’t like people calling you and I asked for your email address and gave me this ***

If the is how new customers are treated, there really needs to b some serious intervention in this store
