Worst service ever, do not buy from them

Do not purchase any haircare products from Hairhouse Warehouse. It has been the worst after sales service I have received. They have taken up to 30 days to process my returns. Very poor communication, and even though they state that they will return you a percentage of a purchase if you return it used, they have not stayed true to their word.

I purchased Celeb Luxury Shampoo and Conditioner from them. These are not cheap products. Once I received the products, I used a small amount of the shampoo and then immediately contacted them stating that I am not happy with the product.

After putting in a request, they immediately rep**** and said that my returns request had been rejected, even though they state on their website that they have a 30 day returns policy and that they will charge a handling fee on products that have been opened.

I returned my products to them, which they have now evaluated. They have now decided to only refund me for the conditioner. THEY WON'T BE GIVING ME ANY MONEY BACK FOR THE SHAMPOO. Could they not have told me this, before I sent this back? Now I have sent the shampoo back as well, they will probably be reselling it at the full price. I am really very upset with the way that I have been treated.

In the time of Corona I don't like complaining, because everyone is suffering or going through some challenge. But I tried to stay patient throughout this experience, but was just disappointed continuously along the way. I will not make use of this company again.
