Worst Service Ever !!

Worst service ever !!!

I placed an order online for something very simple waited almost 3 weeks for it and still waiting !!.

I placed my order on the 16th Oct 2018 .. paid for it on the 18 and sent all details through as I was instructed as per the email received . Week later I called in to advise I still haven’t received my order and instead they told me my order has been cancelled and that I needed to reorder using the voucher code they give me .

I’ve done that and still .. it is now 11th of November and I’m still waiting .

No one even calls to update you , i always have to call them .

My first time using this service and my last ???????
