Useless organization and people no customer service what so ever.

A couple of weeks ago bought some thing from hairhouse warehouse, they delivered within a week no problem. All good. I now tried to order again and for some reason my password kept reading as incorrect , so you have to reset your password. Sound simple enough. I have followed all there instruction several times, that is i have tried this more than 10 times. Each time the net work say it will send me a password reset mail , but nothing . I checked junk mail in case it went there, nothing. So i contracted them directly on there " contact us " tab at the bottom of there page. I still head nothing. I guess i wont be shopping there any more. Sad useless organization and people no customer service.
