Poor Customer Service

I purchased items from this online store. I went onto live chat as I had a question regarding changing my delivery address. This chat bot responds with delivery information etc, and not addressing my question directly. This frustrated me and used profanity - I mean seriously provide a good customer service. I received an email saying they are cancelling my order and processing a refund. Still waiting for the refund proof - I am sure refunds do not take long to action.
