Pathetic After Service!!! Do not Purchase the Brasil Cacau Accelerator Titanium Iron, 230ºC, 32mm!!!

Purchased a Brasil Cacau Accelerator Titanium Iron, 230ºC, 32mm Hair Iron on 14 June 2022. I literally used the iron on 4 occasions since I purchased it and I am very disappointed. The iron loses heat after 15min of use on it's highest temperature setting which is 230 degrees. The iron has caused damage to my hair - it sticks to my hair and burns off the ends. I am now sitting with an issue where Hairhouse Warehouse refuses to do a refund on the Product yet I have explained to them about the issue in detail but it seems like they don't want to be held accountable for an inferior product that they are selling on their online store. I am currently receiving communication from them with excuses and excuses that the iron is working properly after testing it. I personally don't think that anybody in their right frame of mind would attempt to use a inferior product on their hair again considering the fact that they actually invest alot into maintaining it! This review doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating for the service I am receiving. Within in the past few months I have spent over R2500 on the online store purchasing hair care products and never in my wildest dream did I expect them to deliver such pathetic service. It's evident why people are skeptical about purchasing from online stores. Very Shady Business!!!
