Order cancelled after payment. Poor service, *****ing customers money.

<p>Order ********** 18 was made 27.12.2016. On 28.12.2016 I did the EFT payment and mailed proof of payment. 04.01.2017 I called to confirm delivery only to find out my order is cancelled. I need this product ASAP to be delivered!!!</p> <p> </p>
