No feedback or product

I ordered a hair product, they sent me the wrong one informing me that I have placed the wrong order. emailed to ask how to use this product and no one got back to me, Only after i posted on their Facebook wall. Got a BAD attitude response.<br> <br> Was called by someone in the company and I asked that the packed be collected and the right product be delivered. I had to arrange shipping and pay again, which i did. Package was delivered to their offices the 17th &amp; NO ONE got in contact with me or responded to my email.<br> <br> Called in and spoke to a very nice guy in the parcels department. was on hold for 8 minutes and the call dropped. No one called me back. <br> <br> This order was placed 11/02/2016 and still I am without feedback or a product!
