My order is cancelled after I already paid. Poor service.

<p>On 26.12.2016 I ordered 1 bottle Brazil Cacau Anti frizz shampoo 1 liter, 1 bottle Brazil Cacau Anti Frizz Conditioner 1 liter, 1 Brazil Cacau hydrating hair complex. I received an e-mail as confirmation of my order: ********** 18. I did the payment 28.12.2016 and e-mailed my proof of payment (EFT). I called Hairhouse Warehouse 04.01.2017 only to find my order is cancelled after I did the payment. I need this products because my old product is finished and if I use any other products my Brazilian will go out. I need the delivery ASAP. </p>
