False advertising

I purchased products that were incorrectly advertised, they were delivered and i arranged for a refund, no refund as they collect the peoduct first, product was collected on the 20th of December and i havent heard anything from them, no replies on email, they dont have a contact number anywhere, they dont reply on facebook messaging nor on their instagram.
