Case closed without refunding.

I bought a product online from hairhouse warehouse. I received my product but a few things we missing and broke in the process. I logged a return and was told that I needed to send my banking details. I sent my bank details and inquired about the returns process. I've not received my refund or any feedback. I now received a email stating that my case was closed. Hair house warehouse never paid my money back and also didn't come collect my product. They also have no contact number or any contact person you can talk to.
