Bad Service (Sells used/Damage items as new)

I would advise you, Girls/Guys, to never make use of this company, as they have the worst service in the world. They never send you the correct items and when they do, it is either damaged or used. (Returning the faulty item takes weeks as they can't even send you items that are sealed, they do not do quality checks on the items before they send them out and to add insult to the injury they want to punish you for their mistake, by making you wait for a bogus item check to be done before shipping the new item.. maybe do the same before sending out trash in the first place ) Don't even get me started on the call logging system as it is pointless, they have the worst call logging system in the world and to make matters worse they don't even have a contact number for you to call them on. Their staff is unprofessional and their service is a joke.
