Very pleasant experience!!!

First order went very smoothly.

Second order there was a bit of an issue: I received a message from the courier company saying that the vehicle with my order was hijacked. I was very worried :) I reported the issue to Customer Services and they responded within 24 hours. I received my order 2 days (48 hours) after my initial contact and it included a FREE GIFT. Thank you for always putting the customer first. I will most definitely order from you again.
