A big thank you to Roxanne from Hair.com in chatsworth for seeing to my every need and making sure that I left the salon as a satisfied customer. On Saturday the 23rd of December I went to Hair.com with no appointment and no idea what to do with my hair and nails. When I walked into the store, I was greeted and seated by a lady at the front desk and was informed that I will be notified when they ready for me. As I was waiting..I was approached by Roxanne who was checking on customers that needed to do eyebrows and because i was still waiting patiently to get my hair done with nothing else to do, I decided to get my eyebrows and upper lip done as well and boy do I tell you...that was the most gentle, quick and pain free session with the best results. While Roxanne was working on eyebrows, I asked her if there are any nail technicians working today, it must of been my luck because she also did nails and that she would be able to squeeze me in her busy schedule. This was actually my first visit to hair.com as well as my first time getting my nails done but it will definitely not be my last. Thank you to marla aswell for working your magic on my hair...i absolutely love it. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service from all staff as well as the outcome of their labour. You guys are amazing. Thank you
