On the 30th December 2018 at 16:45 My mother Mala Nair had gone into Hair.com to have her eyebrows waxed, However was injured by Adelle the beautician who was careless in the application of hot wax. I do believe the incident occurred due to Adelle negligence has she wanted to leave the salon before close of business. When she had reported the incident at the information desk she was told the bruising had occurred due to facial creams app**** before waxing. which they made me pay for.
