These guys are ****mers, I ordered hair from them on a Monday with a delivery scheduled for friday. Then on thursday I made a casual follow up only to be told that the hair will be shipped on friday. Since i was going to be out of the province I requested for a refund on friday morning and they acknowledged saying it will be processed same day. Then from then up until now. No refund has been processed they ****med me.
