SHOCKING SERVICE NO TCF

Received a Wikideal from my Sister for my birthday, my Daughter also received one, we booked at Hair Topics via WhatsApp noting that the appointment would be for a full Mani and a full Pedi. The "manager" confirmed all in order by way of voice note. Also called a day prior to the actual booking to confirm if I could bring my two little ones with for Mani's which was also confirmed by another staff member that it would be ok! Upon arrival the Manager was in the process of doing her hair and barely acknowledged us. We confirmed we were there to get our nails/feet done only to be told that they booked us for hair - there was NO WAY to accommodate us at all, the nail tech then arrived and to our faces said, "if you expect all of you to be seen to then go to sorbet where there are multiple techs" WHAT ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
