Hair end results

just cant remember the ladies name but they are 2 sisters who owned the salon very nice people greet u and everything.The 1 lady dyed my hair in my face was black dye on on my ears saw only when i got home very unprofessional. The other sister did my hair and cut i still showed her a picture exactly cut it like that now im waiting when is she gna blow my hair as i payed r500 for black dye,wash,cut and blow. She takes out flat iron and start doing my hair with that i asked y dnt u blow she tells me now i did it with that brush to me she was drying my hair with a brush only i dont call tht blow dry , she tells me my hair style or hair cut will only come out right with flat iron. What ******** is that u pay for what u want not only tht end results of hair is so thick uneven cut and still have long hair strings on the tip of my hair. I payed so much money to have that as end results very poor and utterly disappointed.
