Hair on point, ....clearly mine was not

I had my hair done on the 29.08.19 by Nazma, paid upfront R850.00. nazma was very nice, coloured my hair, thenrinse my hair off not sure if it was shampoo. thereafter she put a treatment on my hair, left it on for less than 2 minutes. I could already feel.my hair feels matted.also not after colour or treatment my hair was not washed with shampoo and conditioner. I could not run my fingers through my hair. I called Layla and explained and she said I must give her some time to find out from nazma, I took pictures of my hair and asked them to please com fix it.layla says that they have no available appointment that weekend, she will to make an appointment this week. to date I haven't recieved one word from her. hair on point damaged my hair and then swept it under the rag. I am furious because I dont think you should treat people this way. No follow up and still waiting
