DO NOT USE THESE HAIRDRESSERS EVER!!!!

GEES where do I start, after seeing all the bad reviews on FB and then 1 on Hello Peter, I decided to add another one to the list, there are so many victims with their very insightful yet TRUTHFUL POSTS!!! what a pity I didn't read any reviews before actually trusting these people with my hair; SO I urge everyone... if anyone is reading this and considering using these "hairdressers" to rather please go somewhere else, I was left with a NEXT TO nothing pony tail even after telling the hairdresser NOT to layer the back of my hair and only the front! Besides having my hair totally *****ed up and damaged and looking worse than when I began, I was eventually after back and forth WhatsApp messages given a refund amount for half my money that I paid ONLY after informing them that I would be contacting the bargaining council & customer protection act. I also requested from Laiyah that her sister Nisha's trade test be sent to me to which she rep**** she doesn't have one to give me. I see Nisha has since blocked me( WOW fantastic customer service that is) I will now will be proceeding because I purposely grew my hair out, have been using Redken products for over a year now and my hair was NOT as unhealthy as they claimed it to be,,,, only AFTERWARDS when blow drying my hair and dry cutting or should I say "dry pulling" was I told my hair was damaged. A good hairdresser would tell you upfront that ones hair is damaged & NOT after they've worked on it and blame the condition of your hair. I wish I could have attached pictures of what my hair looked like prior & what my hair looks like now, "apparently layered and supposed to have been blonder", yet my before looks blonder to me! my regrowth looks as though I didn't even go to hairdresser. I am appalled by the workmanship and customer service and to think you feel the audacity to refund me only half my money back is disgusting what sort of people are you? my hair is ruined and its going to take me months to grow it to where it was and the condition it was in
