Hair salon from hell- Hair on Hythe

<p>i recently visited a salon in the south of Johannesburg, called Hair on Hythe. i requested that my hair be stripped and coloured to my colour of choice which is silver grey.</p> <p>the stylist promised me that my colour desired will be attainable. on the day of the proceedure, my hair was stripped 2 times, my hair hardly lifted colour and my scalp was burining uncontrollably. my hair was then toned twice as they couln't match my desired colour. i paid close to R1200 for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>unhappy i left the salon with a golden silver colour. when i got home my scalp contined to burn and a day or two later my hair colour completely washed out into brown/golden brown (dirty brown) and amounts of hair would fall. my scalp was burnt as when i went to my usually salon, my stylist saw scabbing throughout my head due to the lifting. i was forced to cut my hair completely short and colour back my hair to black. my hair is now completely damaged, and all the salon can say is sorry!</p>
