Shocking business ethics

Refusal to take responsibility for damage done to hair, but instead hiding behind irrelevant issues... A complete lack of integrity, professionalism and customer service from Terry. I've not experienced such ********* and dim behavior in a long time. So shortsighted - they have now lost me and my BFF.... Go figure.....
