False Advertising

The November sale was has ended prematurely and falsely advertised as this usually indicates month end unless otherwise specified. I am sure that you are aware that Black Friday often starts early in the US but this is often not at the expense of any other ongoing sale unless communicated to the customer.

Unfortunately false advertising is not going to keep this customer loyal and hence no need for the loyalty points.

I will give the other eCommerce sites (such as https://www.everythinghair.co.za; https://www.hairhq.co.za; https://www.hairhousewarehouse.co.za) an opportunity for business.
