Refusing a refund in 2017!

I went to do my hair at Bel n Sash - for the Brazilian Cacau (BC) Treatment. While doing my hair I noticed that they use a Ice Diamond for the procedure and not the Brazilian hair iron which the salons are supposed to use.

Of course my hair did not come out as sleek and it should have and the solution they are offering me is to redo my hair, with the SAME cheap quality hair iron.

I now have to go to another salon and redo my hair, and pay the full price again. I asked Bel for a refund, and she refused, her only solution is to redo it.

This salon is misleading and is charging customers FULL price but using cheap equipment which don't provide the same results. I was also told that I took too long to come back (note that I did tell her that I lost a family member and has to attend a funeral) It also hasnt even been a full month since I did my hair!

I would have even been ok with a 50% refund but I was told no.... and that I should stop calling her salon and go to another salon to fix it. Lovely Customer Service!

Save yourself, do not do your Brazilian at Bel N Sash in Edenvale!
