I ordered two combos of hair and a thermometer. First delivery after 2months of nagging them, included one of the two combos. I enquired and they were giving me a run around, after another 2months of begging them, they delivered the 2nd combo without the thermometer still. I have been fighting with them for my fully paid thermometer, they will ignore you until you start questioning your own existence. I asked for my refund, even with that they are still ignoring me up to date. They are not a **** however they have a nonsense service delivery and ******* communication skills.
