Horrible Products and Service

Im dire need of client service training.Between the insolence,the slang and the fact that they just plain refused to accept any responsibility for the fact that they ripped me off ,I concluded that these people do not have the basic understanding of how business works.Besides that they are very ****** and arrogant.Amateur to say the very least.
