HAIR AND BAGS R US

I ordered a wig piece in November 2020. The hairpiece arrived and it was in disgusting condition and not the type of hair quality they promised on WhatsApp. The piece was delivered after 21 days instead of the 7-12 days as promised. I further told them about the problem with the hair, and they said they would give me a refund, I should send back the hair. I have been in constant communication with them but they HAVE NOT PAID ME MY MONEY BACK AND STILL NO HAIR PRODUCT. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND I WANT EVERYONE TO BE AWARE. I HAVE GIVEN THEM AMPLE TIME TO SEND ME THE MONEY, THEY KEEP LYING. THEY ARE ******* AND SHOULD BE STOPPED
