One star is an OVERSTATEMENT!!! THESE THEIVES HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY HAIR ORDER SINCE AUGUST 2020. I placed a laybuy in February 2020 and decided to cancel it because I lost employment, they said they couldn't refund me so I asked for a Wig that was equivalent to the amount I paid. We agreed on 2 wigs for the price of R850. THEY ONLY DELIVERED ONE AND IT WAS A TERRIBLE WIG. DEFINITELY NOT HUMAN HAIR. I returned the wig and they agreed they would refund me my money. They paid through an amount of R200 in October and still have not paid the remaining balance. Even when they told me they had difficulty keeping their business afloat due to COVID-19, I agreed to get another 2 wigs for R600 (IN EMPATHY FOR THEM) THEY STILL WON'T DELIVER OR EVEN ANSWER MY MESSAGES.
