Horrible quality

I have a salon. I got tape in EXSTENSIONS from hair like silk pro. The tape in extensions glue was horrible. It was bad it didn't not stick. I needed to replace the tape in extensions glue the very next day.. A week later a very unhappy client showed up at my salon. She was unhappy about the quality of the hair (the elasticity was horrible) I made contact with the hair like silk pro . She did not take responsibility for the hair. She blamed shift the problem and said it was client or me that did something wrong with the hair. My client only used sulfa free shampoo. And did nothing wrong it is just horrible quality. The company blocked me. And doesn't return my calls
