Regrets hair buying from Hairkingdom SA

I had thee worse experience with this company. I ordered a curl fringe wig however they sent me a 4by4 closure wig. When I called them to report this issue they are telling me that I should comb the hair a certain way I order to get the fringe. When looking at the hair, you can tell that this is not a fringe, the hair is just cut on the sides. There is also a straight line on the closure which goes all the way to the front which also clearly shows that the hair is not a fringe. I wish I could upload pictures for people to see. I’m definitely reporting this.
