Hair Junction - Inexperienced Hair Solon

Hair Junction messed up my hair, leaving it dry and completely damaged. Maria, who is the owner was extremely rude when I expressed my concerns that I was not happy with the end result of my hair. The end result was nothing close to the colour that I wanted my hair to be. I had really beautiful, thick and healthy hair which I really take care of, but now after being to hair Junction, my hair is extremely dull and dry and broken.
