Bad customer service at Eyethu mall hair junction

Yesterday the 25th of September 2025 I called hair junction at 1pm asking what time are they closing and I was told at 6pm but after 5:30pm they ni longer allow walk ins and I told them I want to do my nails I will arrive around 16:45 I get there exactly at that time and the lady who's doing installations says they no longer taking customer's for nails but only for installation. I advised them I called at 1pm and they told me it's fine I can come as long it's not at half 5 and I've ready used my money to request and come here. They asked me to plead with nail tech to do my nails which I did and her response was I can't the person I'm doing she's the last customer come back tomorrow morning and all of them were unbothered, I just left. I'm so hurt because I called before getting to the branch and i used my money to there, even when I ask them who did I speak to on the phone they just said everyone answers the phone. I did my nails once with them and I was happy, I buy my hair and my mom's from their branch but after this experience no more
