WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE for Client of 20 years

<p>I baught a Wahl Clipper from them October 2015 for R1100</p> <p>I charged it and Charger burnt out </p> <p>Send it in January</p> <p>After phoneing them all of the time leaving messages for the Rep Wendy and at office. </p> <p>No one returns any phone calls</p> <p>The let me know today sorry I have to pay R850 for a new charger . </p> <p>The clippper with charger cost R1100</p> <p>PLEASE DONT BUY ANY ELECTRONIC S FORM THEM ITS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPEND WITH THEM. </p> <p>I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF HAIR HEALTH AND BEAUTY FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS. </p> <p>NO AFTER SALES SERVICE AT ALL !!! </p> <p>Once they have your money no one wants to help you</p> <p>ALL THE REP WENDY COULD SAY WAS SHAME SORRY!!! </p> <p> </p>
