Service does not matter to them

<p>I have spent a fair share of money with them. And when an order arrives and the driver is processing the payment I realise they sent me the wrong thing. I phone only to be told I have to order a minimun amount before they can send the correct product. It was their fault the code I ordered was 1 number different to the one they sent, so no they wont refund me and no wont send the correct product.</p>
