Disgusted

<p>I have supported them for years , a lady who works with me cancelled a product by phone, but it still arrived amongst other products, which she did order. She was not at work so the whole bill was paid for. When she arrived she was not happy so phoned them and did throw a tantrum especially when she was told she could not have a refund , so she then phoned again and demanded a refund , not once did they bother calling her instead they called me and e mailed me as I am the account holder, A Day later I was called on behalf of the owner and when I asked them not to speak to me but to the stylist , they then arrogantly gave me two choices , either she gets a credit for 2 thousand or they refund her and close my account , i was horrified. How dare you Hair health and beauty try ********* me , so I told them to close the account. These people are shocking and are starting to lose business </p>
