****** at hair salon

I went to the branch in Kenilworth Center and it was a horrible experience, felt like I was in a windy house salon and my hair was not cut the way I asked, they left the dye on my hair to dry with no hair cover, my forehead and ears were dyed as well as the lady charged me R100 extra which we added as a Tip but I NEVER GAVE HER A TIP! Which indicates that I was ******. At a hair salon. I am disgusted and appalled and I don't recommend this salon to anyone who prefers professionalism no matter how much you pay. Very very upset.
