Lack of professionalism

I made an appointment for a wash and blow dry at this salon. I then asked the stylist whether she could trim my ends and she responded with a horrible attitude that she could not. The reason which she gave me was completely understandable, which was that I had only booked a wash and blow. The attitude from the stylist was disgusting. She told me with a bad attitude that I had a lot of hair and that's why she had to ask another stylist to help me with my blow dry, otherwise she'd be late for her next appointment. I told her that surely as a salon they had to make provision for these circumstances, to which the stylist with an attitude rep**** that I had to inform the receptionist when I make an appointment, that I have a lot of hair. I completely understand that the stylist works out her time according to how long they'll be busy with a client but surely the poor attitude and the lack of professionalism isn't necessary. Had she told me in a professional way, the reason why she cannot trim my ends- I wouldn't have needed to write this review.
