HORRIBLE SERVICE

Hair Freedom branch in Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town has really shocked me. Stylists are rude and unprofessional as well as unskilled. The salon was very dirty upon my arrival, desperately needed a sweep, mirrors were dusty and countertops was so cluttered. Furthermore, the results of the treatment done did not deliver what was requested for in the consultation with the hair stylist, Kauthar. She had a terrible attitude. I do not recommend this salon to anyone seeking professional service and a good haircut.
