Horrible experience

Horrible experience for this brand... I won't recommend anyone to this hair salon... I went for a wash blow and cut... My cut was done rushed horrible... My hair was thick... My husband told me i do my own hair better than the hair dresses... I called customer service to lay my complain they are so unhelpful they tell me to call the store... I told customer care im not happy goinging back to the same branch for a redo due to my horrible experience she laird and said other stores are fully booked... I called canal walk hair freedom and made a booking and they still have space... VERY DISSAPOINTED FOR THE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE IM GETTNG FROM THIS SALON...
