Angry Customer

Hi

I had a hair app on 27.01.2020 at 11 am. I called in to say I will be a few minutes late, however I am in the mall. I arrived at 11:05 and saw my sylist talking to someone, however I thought she will be done soon. Then it went on to 20 minutes and then I left at 11:33 am. My stylist was literally sitting behind me talking to someone not telling me I will be with u in a moment or shortly. So I told the reception that DONT WASTE MY TIME AGAIN. I have been going to this hairdresser for years to be treated like this is UNACCEPTABLE.
