<p>9 months ago i bought a groupon voucher for treatments at this company, after i had my first session i fell pregnant and couldnt continue. I asked if i could transfer it to someone else or get refunded for the balance of the sessions to which the representative of the company i was dealing with told me couldnt be done but that i could continue with the balance of the treatments after i had the baby. I have now contacted them to continue and they are not willing to honor the agreement as the representative has since left the company. I did not buy a voucher with that representative but with that company and now they are being ********* in not honoring the agreement. they were happy to take my money in the first place but are now not willing to provide the service as agreed to at the time. In fact they had the audacity to try and sell me the same treatment again knowing now that i was interested in it, and at double the price I paid in the first place. It's disgusting. Had the treatment been better i would have used them for other things as well but will now not recomment them to anyone. They are clearly not ethical business people</p>
