Had a second hair cut at Hair Connection Portlands - only asked for a straight bob but my back hair was cut short to my head , only realised when I got home - this is unacceptable and I want answers I now have to get products to make my hair grow back I messaged the stylist on WhatsApp and all I got was a blue tick - no explanation no response
