Refund me my money

I went to Hair clinic international In Century City Cape town and I paid the deposit and went for 2 sessions then I had an emergency back home Eastern Cape and reported it that I can't continue for now I will inform them when I'm back but they still deduct money from my account I went to my bank to stop it but they continue deducting it and I was told that they change reference numbers so that they continue with deductions I want my money please
